Oooh, the Light Minestrone with Whole Grain Pasta sounds SO yummy right now! It is cold here and soup would definitely hit the spot!

It is sooo cold here today! Soup would be perfect. If I had to choose, it would be the Light Minestrone with Whole Grain Pasta (you had me at LIGHT and WHOLE GRAIN!). My kiddos would prefer the Chicken with Egg Noodles.
The Chicken Tuscany sounds soooo good. I love chicken and white beans so this one would be perfect for me.

My kiddos would think that it was such a treat to have the chicken with egg noodles and a peanut butter sandwich for lunch. It is our favorite!
