    My all time favorite dish to cook is a breakfast casserole with shredded potatoes, pour in a mix of eggs and milk, top with cooked sausage and cheese. Bake and enjoy!

    My favorite meal to cook is spaghetti bake. I can use any kind of cheese, veggies, pretty much what ever I have in the fridge. I love this because I can make it ahead of time and bake it when I need it. It is the perfect dish to take to a friend, and it tastes wonderful for lunch the next day!

    My favorite dish is ravioli bake. Prepare fresh or frozen ravioli as directed. Mix in a jar of spaghetti sauce. Place in a 8×8 pan. Cover with shredded cheese and bake until cheese is melted at 350.

    My favorite dish to cook is “Life or Death” lasagna. It is a vegetarian lasagna with roasted vegetables and tofu mashed into the ricotta. Even meat-lovers love this lasagna. I call it “Life or Death” because I only make it when someone has a baby or someone has a death in the family. (I always freeze a second batch for my family!)

    My favorite meal to cook is what my family calls “Tuna slop”. It’s tuna, chinese veggies, water chestnuts ( if I have them or are on sale cheap), Cream of mushroom soup, and soy sauce. Served over rice everyone from my 95 yr. old granmother to my 1 yr. old granddaughter LOVE this dish!

    Because it is so fast and easy, one of my all-time favorites is larb! It’s similar to a lettuce wrap, but my favorite recipe is from Cooking Light. It uses cabbage for more nutrients in the wrap. And, of course, the filling freezes well!

    I love to cook an Bangladeshi Beef Curry dish. It’s onions, garlic, canola oil, fresh tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, red potatoes, and stew beef, seasoned with Patak’s Original Curry Paste, Hot. It’s fantastic!!!

    Chicken pieces, browned then baked in a gravy. That is a specialty of my husband. He usually does most of the cooking. I tell him I am just the leftover cook as I make things from the leftovers which he bypasses. I like making and eating soups – almost any kind.

    I love stuffed pasta shells, my good friend shared her recipe with me and I LUV IT!!!! Best thing about them, is a double batch can be used one night and the rest frozen for a wonderful dinner later!! YUM, Yum, YUM!!!

    I am dying to learn what freezer meals are best. When I was pregnant I froze lasagna and chicken tetrazinni. The lasagna turned out great, the tetrazinni was terrible-the pasta turned to mush. I need help!

    I have lots of recipes that I love to make, lately the favorite is Chicken Rice casserole. Brown up some chicken breast (you could use dark meat) that you have cut into bite size pieces, cook a box of uncle ben’s rice or comparable brand. Put the chicken in the casserole dish, put cooked rice on top, take a can of cream of mushroom soup and spread over the top of the dish, add some cheese and some fresh ground pepper. Bake at 350 until bubbly and top is brown! serve it with a fresh salad, its a great meal!

    This is my favorite because its quick, easy, and both my kids will always eat it. Holey bread with eggs. Butter both sides of bread slices, cut a hole in the middle. Place in a skillet and crack an egg in the middle. Cook to desired egg doneness, sprinkle with cheese. Can top with whatever is handy, from strawberry jam to a slice of canadian bacon, etc.
