...the great, powerful, and oh-so-very-absent(minded?).

Thought I should finally drop in and say hello. I don't think I've been here since just before we moved. I'm so lazy!! The girls and I are doing great in our new house and lives. Very much looking forward to Christmas. It has been a good year for us all around.

Thanks you guys!! I know I've been a total slacker. I've just been running myself ragged lately. The girls have been to see their dad 3 times since we moved, so I have like zero free time! Plus, I can't get on the internet at work to play like I used to do all the time. That's the biggest bummer.

I just bought a laptop, so I've been able to be a little more mobile with my computer time around the house. I had been spending maybe 15 minutes 3 times a week online. Just enough to check mail and stuff like that. As long as the girls don't break this machine, I should be able to spend a little more time doing what I want to do. As you can imagine, it's getting easier as Ella gets older and more independent. Can you believe she'll be 19 months on Christmas Day? Eeeek!! Two is just around the corner.

Anyhow, we're fighting ear infections, sinus infections, teething, and general growing pains around here. Otherwise, things are going great. I definitely like my new job. I feel like I'm using some of the things I learned in school, but I still have a lot of practical application to learn that's specific to how Learjet does things. It's pretty neat though. I've gotten to be barefoot in a completed, ready for the customer to pick it up, plane a couple of times. Barefoot because they make you take off your shoes or put on paper covers. That was pretty cool. I'm waiting for my chance to take a ride one of these days. It will happen, but I don't know when.
