View Full Version : Freezing Stuffed Chicken Breasts?

Hi--

You will be able to tell that I am a major newbie based on this question:) I am making cheese stuffed chicken breasts tonight and would like to make extra and freeze them. All that would go in them is Parm and Mozz cheeses and spices. Can I just stuff some and freeze them--would I wrap them (individually) in plastic then foil? Any suggestions.

When I want to bake them would I thaw them overnight or bake from frozen?
Would it just be easier to not freeze and just freeze the breast and stuff later. I don't know?! I thought doing them stuffed would just be easier...

Make them as usual, freeze as you said. Then I'd thaw them overnight in the fridge and bake as usual.
