On saturday I took the girls to my Grandmothers house. She is a HUGE baseball fan, my Grandfather played AAA ball and she has always loved the game, so there is a AAA team in the town where she lives and they were having a St. Patricks Day/Opening Day celebration. The kids got to have batting practice on the field, there were jumpers and other fun games for them to do...and the best part is it was FREE!!!! YAHOOO!!! The only downside was it was raining, windy and cold!!! Oh well, it was still fun!

Linda, I think they will remember being freezing cold thats for sure!!! LOL! When DD2 hit the ball (she got 3 little hits..yay!) the bat was so cold it vibrated and stung her hands...she was not too happy about that!!!
