I am sure you all have your own recipes, but this one is incredibly easy and quick.
1/4 pound of ground beef, 1/4 pound of pork sausage (or a sausage roll)
mix the groud beef and sausage together and roll into balls. brown in skillet until done.
i use this recipe for spaghettie and meatballs, but you can use the meatballs in other things

Sounds interesting. This should work with 1 lb. "hangaburger"(what my DD used to call it:giggle: )and a whole sausage roll (?)...or would you use a half roll of sausage? I've never made recipes in teeny quantities...I'd rather freeze the extra and DH can have a quick dish when I work over the supper hour, or unexpected company blesses our evening.:spin:
