I need help with Cherries!

Hey guys, well I have 3 Early Richmond cherry trees on my property and they are starting to turn red and yummy. We picked about half a pound yesterday and I pitted them and now they're in the freezer, but I need some good jam recipes! Or other recipes concerning sour cherries. Anybody got any ideas? I don't want to waste them.
