Thread: Half Marathon!

    Default Half Marathon!

    I'm doing my first one June 2nd! There's a group of us doing it together- that'll help keep me motivated! The training schedule is very doable- starting with three 2 mile runs, an easy run day and two rest days the first week and building from there. I'm excited to check off my workouts and see this to the end- and to lose the rest of this baby weight and get back in my clothes!

    Well, training officially starts tomorrow for 12 weeks but I've been following the first week's schedule for the last three weeks just to get warmed up- and boy I needed it! This is going to be very challenging!

    good for you! running is not my friend after messing up my ankles & back during high school sports I've never been able to do it again without pain..........plus I would need an industrial strength sports bra too!

    I found the best sports bra company...Bounce. They make comfortable bras for all sizes without squeezing them into a lump. I hate that!!!!

    (and I'm a 34DD....)
