and Thursday dd and I will have to pack a cold lunch cause we're hauling butt fro 2:30 til 9. Ugghhh.

DH had to go out of town for who knows how long... that kinda throws a wrench into the menu plan for DS and myself. I don't like to cook for just myself (DS doesn't eat much so we usually share). I think I'll wind up making tacos or enchilada casserole to eat on the rest of the week.
