Uploading Picture HELP!!

Someone who is more tech savy than me, please help. I have tried and tried and tried to up load pictures to the forum and it just doesn't work. Somebody please help.

1.create an account
2.upload your pics,by file or by url,
3.get the code so you could easily paste it on forums,

how are you trying to do it?

I click on the manage attachments button and follow directions. But when I select a picture and click upload, I get this little spinning circle that never stops spinning. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, if the picture is too big, or what.

I use Photobucket and haven't had any problem with that, maybe try that?
