We got a letter in the mail today saying that dd2 was scouted at the State Cup tournament and has been invited to attend an Olympic Development Training camp!!!! This is a HUGE honor and I am so incredibly proud of all of her hard work!!

I just booked the room for this weekend In talking with some of her coaches they said very, very few, if any players get recruited at State Cup, they usually recruit from National Cup since they are at a higher level. With this invite she basically made her profile for college stand out even more from the rest. Her whole team is so excited for her! Her dad and I (as well as her coaches) have been preaching humbleness to her....we have always told her there is always someone working harder than she is and to never get big headed, she's always replaceable. I think I'm still in shock!
