Dd had a drs appt first thing....so I just got back from that. I'm soooo tired. Slept like the dead last night.

I want to move some furniture around downstairs....and I'll clean a little while I'm at it.
One piece of tax info came yesterday...so I'll enter that.
Laundry, dishes, dinner...it's just dd and I again....so leftovers.
Meal plan for rest of week? I've got a tiny window of opportunity to fix up some freezer meals. I'm thinking a couple of meat loaves...maybe some fajitas...

After school...if I have any energy...hit Joann's for fabric. I'm recovering this cool shaped couch for dd's room.
And meeting someone for a Craigslist sale....I'm on a roll. Lol.

Pick everyone up, take dd1 to dance

Dd2 wants to watch the HS girls soccer team play in CIF playoffs at 5

Head home to make dinner, showers, finish homework

Work out to the Wii or DVD

2/12 dh is home for the week (unexpected)

So.....my whole plan is useless. Lol.

Laundry, dishes, figure out something for dinner....
Dd is staying after school to make brownies for the food pantry with some of the other NJHS kids.
I've got 2 pieces of furniture sold. A rocker and a desk. Meeting one lady at 11. And a guy is picking up the rocker at 12.
Floors need cleaning and I need some exercise.....

I got called in to work on my old unit at the hospital, so I worked overnight unexpectedly. Came home and slept most of the day. Dh is sick but refused to go to our MD or prompt care.

****After I leave DH will head down to meet with the surgeon about his shoulder (I have to save my time so that can take a couple of days off when he has it) and then he will be meeting with the Urologist, to see if he can determine what exactly is going on (right now everything points to a hernia) probably will order some more tests before his final determination is made.
Home to iron for Wednesday
Start supper
Walk with DH
Supper (DS will eat when he gets home from his exam)
Work on menu/grocery list
Relaxing with the boys
Bedtime Routine

DH is out of the country til Thursday...so I am going it alone. Kinda like it, kinda don't ya know?!

Tuesday...bake DS b-day cake for Wednesday, decorate while he naps or after his bedtime, swim lessons, dinner, housecleaning and whatever else I can come up with, hoping to get more sleep than last night. I've got my 4th cold of the season. Ugh.

I slept like crap. So I'm sitting here trying to see if I could get a nap in....seems unlikely. Maybe I'll just go to bed early.

Dog left a puddle last night, I suspect dd and dh forgot to let her out. I cleaned the best I could at 10 last night...but now I've got to clean up the clean up.
Put away all purchases from yesterday.
Start grocery list for vacation.
Finish painting frame. Stage staining gear downstairs by new project ( not starting til after vacation).
Oh where oh where is that last tax form?
Go through to do list and sift out after vacation activities...it feels like I'm down to the wire.

Tonight it's just dd and I, she has an early recital and then home for leftovers.

battening down the hatches and gearing up for a winter storm headed this way tomorrow night/Thursday. We nearly always loose power, so we're hauling out the gas cans, kerosene heater, generator, charcoal grills, etc. I'm doing all the laundry, scrubbing floors, etc. now. . . and baking up lots of treats for comfort food. We have a propane kitchen range, but the oven won't work without the electric ignition.

We're on the edge of that nasty storm that hit the midwest again. We got some ice/snow overnight, but the worst seems to have gone north and west of us. The town where I grocery shop, etc. (30 miles away) is virtually shut down due to weather.

Dh is sick, so basically today is about dealing with him (he has diarrhea/stomach issues). Normally he's able to do most of his own self-care, but not when he's sick. Lots of laundry today
