Arrow meals for the weeks

I do a 2 week meal plan. I just list them on the frig and family picks what is for dinner the next day. This way I don't feel like I have to make all the choices.

Here is my list for the next 2 weeks.

Red beans and rice
Pork dinner (pork, veggie, bread) The way it is made depends on what time I have and what I feel like doing....fried, baked, broiled, etc.
Shrimp Dinner (SAA)
Mac and cheese with ham
Steak dinner (SAA)
Turkey pot pie (freezer dinner)
Nachoes (freezer dinner)
Bake potatoes with ham and cheese
Tuna Helpers with veggies
Beef stew (home canned)
Pizza (take out)
Cottage Pie (freezer dinner)
Leftovers
Leftovers

As you can see I have a lot of freezer dinners. Now I don't do Freezer Cooking. I have found that I make a meal that can be frozen I make 2 or 3 times the amount. It takes the same amount of time to make and I just divide it you and seal it my vaccum seal bags. They keep for a long time and if time is short to make dinner or hubby or my oldest has to cook; dinner is in the freezer.

We went out for dinner last night since I'm sick. I had a cajun grilled chicken pasta dish that wasn't very good.
4-22
Beef patties with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, and maybe banana bread for dessert if I feel like it.
