Default sturdy kitchen containers for leftovers

Wal Mart, during this season carries a plastic screw on cap for small mouth and large mouth canning jars, which you can find for pennies at nearly all resale shops, tag sales......they make good storage for leftovers in the frige. You can tell at a glance whats in it, unlike some of the plastic ware you get. I use a swatch of adhesive tape to put the date on it. It all can be washed in the dishwasher.
