Line your baking pan with aluminum foil so it covers the bottom of the pan as well as the sides. Spray the foil with cooking spray, or spread Crisco or butter on the foil to keep the brownies from sticking. Pour your brownie batter into the pan and bake.
When brownies are finished baking, remove them from the oven. Lift the aluminum foil out of the pan and set on a baking rack to cool. Now your baking pan is a cinch to clean!
